Terms of Sale

Seller: TimberPixel Studio (sole proprietorship / eenmanszaak), Bence Mihálka, Zevenhoven, Netherlands. Email: timberpixelstudio@gmail.com.

1. Products. All works are original, one-of-one pieces made by hand. Photographs are indicative; wood is a natural material and tone and grain vary. Dimensions are approximate.

2. Prices. Prices are in euros. TimberPixel Studio uses the Dutch small-business scheme (kleineondernemersregeling, KOR), so no VAT is charged or shown on invoices. Shipping is charged at the flat rate shown at checkout for your country; destinations outside the EU are quoted on request.

3. Ordering. An order is confirmed when payment has been received. We may decline an order, for instance if a piece has sold in the meantime; any payment is then refunded in full.

4. Delivery. See Shipping & Returns. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Withdrawal. EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery; see Shipping & Returns for the procedure and the cost of return transport.

6. Liability. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the piece, except where the law provides otherwise.

7. Law. Dutch law applies. Disputes are brought before the competent court in the Netherlands; EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
