TimberPixel Studio (Bence Mihálka, sole proprietorship, Zevenhoven, Netherlands) is responsible for the processing of personal data on timberpixel-studio.com.

What we collect and why

Contact form: name, email address and your message — to answer your enquiry.

Orders: name, email, billing and delivery address, order details and payment confirmation — to fulfil the order, arrange shipping and meet tax and accounting obligations.

Newsletter sign-up (if ticked): your email address — to send occasional studio updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Website analytics: anonymised visitor statistics provided by Squarespace.

Who processes it

The site is hosted by Squarespace, Inc., which processes data on our behalf. Payments are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout; we never see your full card details. Shipping details are shared with the carrier for delivery only.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails: up to 2 years. Order records: 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law. Newsletter addresses: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing timberpixelstudio@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
