Shipping & Returns

Delivery

Every piece is a one-off wooden relief, typically around a square metre and 10–25 kg. Pieces are crated and shipped by pallet freight, insured for transport.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate at checkout: Netherlands €150, Belgium and Germany €250, rest of the EU €400. For destinations outside the EU, or if you would like a precise quote before ordering, get in touch via the contact page.

Lead time: pieces in stock ship within 2–3 weeks of payment, once crating is arranged. You will receive tracking details and a delivery window from the carrier.

Pieces come with hanging hardware fitted and a care note.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the piece, without giving a reason. To do so, email timberpixelstudio@gmail.com within that period. The piece must be returned undamaged, in its original crate; the cost and arrangement of return transport are your responsibility. The purchase price, including the original shipping charge, is refunded within 14 days of the piece arriving back at the studio.

Damage in transit

Please inspect the crate and the piece on delivery. Report any damage within 48 hours with photos to timberpixelstudio@gmail.com so the transport insurance claim can be made.

Care

Keep the piece away from prolonged direct sunlight and high humidity. Clean with compressed air; do not use liquids. Wood is a natural material: small shifts in tone and grain over time are part of the work.
